Do we really need to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?
Yes, in order for us to finalize the head count and plan the seating arrangement. RSVP is open until April 3, 2025.

How do I RSVP?
You can respond by sending an SMS to Events by Miss P (0917) 801 2883 or RSVP here on our website.

What if I missed RSVP or if I RSVP “Not Going” but schedule suddenly frees up, what should I do?
We would have loved to have you attend but final head counts may have been turned in. However, you can still try to check the availability by contacting us.

If I RSVP “Going” but suddenly could not make it, what should I do?
It is rude to not show up as we have allotted a seat for you. But if ever you really couldn’t make it, please let us know at least a week before the event.

Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask for you to check your invitation to see if plus ones are allowed. If it indicates that only 1 seat is reserved then we would prefer to celebrate with just you.

Can I bring my children?
While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion.

How do I RSVP if I have a dietary restriction?
Please indicate your dietary needs on the RSVP so we can prepare it for you.
Wedding FAQs about the Ceremony

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Ceremony starts at 3pm, but we encourage guests to arrive by 2:30pm for the processional.

Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony will be at Caleruega Chapel of Transfiguration. It is nestled on a hilltop in Nasugbu, Batangas. To reach the chapel, you will need to climb around 100 steps.

If in case needed, the place have wheelchairs and ramps going to the chapel.

How to get to the ceremony?
You can either go there by public transportations or by private car.

From Manila to Caleruega by Bus/Van:

From EDSA-Taft, take a bus or van bound to Nasugbu and get off “KC Hillcrest” or more known as “Evercrest”.​

From “KC Hillcrest”, hail a tricycle to Caleruega Chapel

Free parkings inside Caleruega and designated parking areas outside are available.

Wedding FAQs about the Reception

What time should I arrive at the reception?
Reception immediately follows after the ceremony. We expect to start at 6pm but it will still depend on Tagaytay traffic.

Travel time from Caleruega to Affinitrees is approximately 45 minutes.

Where is the reception?
The indoor reception will be at Affinitrees Tagaytay. It is along Tagaytay-Calamba Rd. and 750m past Tagaytay Rotonda.

How to get to the reception from the ceremony?

There is no direct commute from Caleruega to Affinitrees, if you cannot figure out a means of transportation, kindly inform us immediately so we can arrange something for you.

Are there parkings available?
Affinitrees has 80 parking lots and a complimentary valet service. Guest services staff will assist you once you arrive at the venue.

Will you be reserving a hotel block for people coming out of town?

Our prep venue hotel – Twin Lakes Tagaytay was generous enough to offer a discounted rate for any additional rooms. Let us know if you are interested to book out of pocket. Final listing of rooms is until April 17, 2025.

You can also book condo AirBnbs located inside Twin Lakes or nearby our venues.

What should we wear?
Kindly follow the attire guide in the details section. No denim or jeans, sneakers and slippers. White color is strictly reserved for the bride.

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?
Absolutely! Feel free to tag us.

Do you have any gift preferences?
The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. No gifts are expected but if you wish to give us something, monetary gifts would be most appreciated.

Am I allowed to take photographs at your wedding ceremony?
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Don’t worry, our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights, and we’ll share the amazing shots with you afterwards! After we are pronounced as husband and wife, you’re free to take photographs.

Will you offer refreshments after the ceremony?
Cocktails will be served at the reception. Use this time to mingle, register, find your seats, collect our souvenirs or use the photo booth.

Can we sit anywhere in the reception?
We have seats planned for you and you’ll be seated along with family or friends.

Will you serve alcoholic drinks?
Yes, but our bar will refuse to serve anyone who is excessively drunk or under the age of 18. Please drink responsibly.

What is the appropriate time to leave?
We aim to end the program by 9:30 p.m. but you are very welcome to stay for the after party. If you must leave early, we’d love to thank you and say goodbye before you go.
